About Michael

Former “Lawn Boy” ditches the lawn mower, Makes a BOLD decision to design a better lifestyle and creates the Modernized (laptop) Lifestyle!

Hey, What’s happen my friends…

My name is Michael Pruiksma.

Here are a few recent picture of me on the beach in Punta Cana with my wife.

Relaxing on the beach with wild horses.

Swimming with dolphins.

Visiting the best beaches in the world.

Sailing to exotic locations.

Going on crazy adventures.

Getting drinks at our favorite bar.

Life is GOOD!

…But my life wasn’t always like it this.

It all change for me back in 2012. I had a bad day at work and realized that I did not want to work at a job for the rest of my life just to be miserable and earn a weekly paycheck that barely covered the bills each month.

I had 2 choices, to remain the same or make a change.

I was sick of working 10-12 hours a day sometimes 6 days a week at a lawn care job mowing grass, fertilizing lawns and planting flowers.Michael Pruiksma Taking A Selfie While Working

Working so hard, for so little.

It was time for a change.

I just did not have a profitable online business just handed to me. I actually built this from scratch after working all day at my full-time job.

I like to call it my side hustle.

My goal was to make money and earn enough to cover all my expenses to quit my job and work for myself, and be my own boss, wake up when I’m done sleeping, take vacations without having to get permission and work the hours I want to work.

I realized…

If you do what you always do, you’re only going to get what you always got.

I had no prior online experience, other than playing games, sending emails and posting on MySpace. (it was a few years ago, okay)

The first few months of starting my website and online business.

I had all these negative thoughts that kept running through my head.

I kept hearing voices in my head like..

You can’t do this Mike.

You can’t make money online.

You will never be able to write a blog, you suck at writing.

Your spelling, grammar and penmanship, is horrible!

It seemed like ALL the odd’s were stacked against me.

But if you think about it, nothing in life ever comes easy.

If I wanted it, I needed to go after it and never look back.

The past is history, the future is a mystery, right now is a gift that’s why it’s called the present.

Make up your mind, set some goals and work towards them.

I just knew it would be all worth it in the end.

More freedom, More money, More options, More Friends and a happier and healthier life than ever before.

…and to be totally honest with you it was easier and more fulling than working at a job.

This is how it all started for me and I’m so grateful for my life, business and YOU.

Make the rest of your life, the best of your life.

Thank you very, very much for your encouragement, advice & the tools! You pulled me out of my fluster the other day! I especially appreciate the fact that you….YOU…. took the time to help me in this desperate time of need! I am trying, and just getting started. This is going to be a process, as you said. I have HOPE now. I just got to figure out how to use my personal, painful past, and current life, in my blog, and THAT is where I am going to have trouble. I am continuing to go through our conversation, to go through every single detail. I have got to get out of this hole and FAST. I am nervous but I do know that this is going to help me. Now, to figure how to blog….. What to say….. Uggh…. I STILL HAVE THAT HOPE THO! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!!!

    Hello again Michael,
I just read your new blog and I must say that I am very impressed and I was happy to see that you used your own story and events in your life that have brought you to where you’re at today. I will also be working on my first blog today and I have decided to use my own story as well which has brought me to where I am at today. It took a lot of thought and time to come to this decision.
I feel that my story and painful life events are very personal and painful to re-visit, however I believe that my blog will have an impact on my readers. It’s also very important to share with others that painful events in their lives can either destroy them or make them stronger and give them a drive to really make a positive and successful change and also inspire others to do the same and to also show them that IT IS POSSIBLE!

Thanks so much for sharing and inspiring

I am really inspired by your story. I never seen a blog like your before, everyone else’s blogs I seen are filled with hype and fake promises. I really appreciate the time you took to tell the truth. Thank you Michael! Keep up the good work!
